You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
  • 9 cups water
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
  • 2 cups superfine sugar

Directions

Puree the raspberries in a blender and strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk together until the sugar dissolves. Serve over ice.

    Loved it, though I modified it a bit. I used splenda instead of sugar, used only 6 lemons (though I still got about 1 & 1/4 cup of lemon juice and I used a full cup of raspberries. Turned out to be excellent.

    I used this recipe for my daughter's 1st birthday party. My guests are still talking about it. I had to increase the ingredient list x5 for my # of guests. After increasing it, I had to add one addt'l cup of sugar to make the drink perfect.

    I will definitely use this recipe over and over!
