These were easy to make, VERY tasty. I amme some crisp and some soft, varying the baking time. Both were excellent and everyone tried at least one of each, proclaiming their preference. Results: about 50/50!

This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. Everyone LOVED them. They were crunchy on the outside, and nice and chewy on the inside. I can't wait to make them again for the holidays.

These cookies are a nice alternative to the same old chocolate chip. Kids and adults love them!

I just tried this recipe and the light corn syrup in the cookies really gave them a different taste. I would actually call them snickerdoodles because usually they are sugary and has a lot of cinnamon. This recipe has more of a ginger taste and when baked they come out flat compared to other cookies. I think they're still good cookies, just not what I was hoping for.
