So easy to make. Tasted delicious too...very smooth and creamy and not overly sweet. I didn't make the chocolate sauce but instead served it with a strawberry-fig compote. Gale Gand's recipes never fail for me!

This dessert was wonderful. Smooth, not to sweet. Made a chocolate kahlua sauce to go with. Served it at a party and everyone LOVED it.

This is so easy to make you'll be shocked. However, when plating, after dipping in hot water you might need to run a sharp knife around the ramekin to get it out. Also, I used 1.5 vanilla beans which I think improved the vanilla flavor.

This recipe is so simple an so elegant. You could serve this at any dinner party, but is easy enough for a week night dessert. Why bother with box pudding again when you can have Panna Cotta? I prefer to serve with either fresh berries or a hot fudge sauce (taste just like a hot fudge sundae!

I served this with just strawberries, and also with the chocolate sauce. Very easy to make, rich, creamy and yummy.

I had never made panna cotta before, but I needed an easy recipe for my husband's birthday dessert, so I gave it a shot. I had to serve 14 people and everyone for 16 months old to 50 years old loved it! I was uncertain about the chocolate sauce since it had corn syrup in it - yet it was beautiful. I also put a raspberry sauce to go over the top. Since I do not have that many ramekins, I used small, wide mouth plastic glasses instead. When it came time for dessert we simply dipped the glasses in warm for a few seconds and they slid out perfectly! I will surely use this recipe again, and try new twists with it!

My guest were very impressed. If you haven't ever had Panna Caotta you should try it. It has the texture of a custard, but the taste of ice cream.

I first had panna cotta at Macaroni Grill. I ordered it everytime I went and then they took it off the menu. I have been searching for a similar recipe since. This panna cotta is better than the restaurant's. It is easy to make and it tastes wonderful. It has become a family favorite. The only thing I do different is to top it with a homemade strawberry sauce and fresh raspberries. But either way, it is heavenly.

I made this recipe for my mom who had surgery and could only eat soft stuff.
What a treat (it's tough to just eat soup!. My mom really felt like she went out to a restaraunt and had something special...even though she was unable to.
Thanks Gale, you made my mom and my family very happy. It's the simple things sometimes that bring the most pleasure :
