    I made this for an easter gathering and I was asked for the recipe about 6 times before I left. This was the first time I had made Bread Pudding and WOW!!
    So easy! Sooo delicious. I was practically a hero. Needless to say, I left with an empty dish.

    I have always loved loved loved bread pudding in restaurants and this is just as good if not better than most I have ever tried. Took longer to brown than the directions said though.

    The sauce is a must and is absolutely brilliant with the warm pudding. My guests said the whipped cream really helped balance out the alcohol sweeness of the sauce and was essential.

    It was fabulous on all levels. The bread pudding was easy to make, but tasted like I've slaved in the kitchen all day. Even my biggest critic (my father-in-law loved it.

    This NOT on the lighter side but it worth eating salads for a few days to get back on track. Everyone raves about this everytime I make it.

    This past Sunday I had relatives for dinner and made comfort food:

    Cocktails, appetizers, Chicken Fricasee,
    Dumplings and bread pudding with wiskey sauce ---- it was absolutely wonderful.

    The Bread pudding is quite easy to make and serve. This is definately a recipe I will make over and over.

    This is a wonderful recipe. I loved the taste of it. I added a little more sugar and cinnimon because I love the combination of those flavors. Excellent!

    This was the most delicious bread pudding that we haver ever enjoyed. We had guests for St. Patrick's day and they raved about this fabulous dessert. We are chocoholics so I substituted chocolate chips for the raisins. We will not wait until next St. Patrick's day to enjoy this again!!

    I made this along with some of my other holiday favorites for our annual Holiday Potluck this year. Of the three desserts I made, this was the one that disappeared the fastest! The only thing I changed was adding more cinnamon then the recipe calls for.
