With a few missteps (I'm afraid to say in the right direction, I think, this came out tasting incredible! I used 2 ounces of white chocolate instead of four, and after tasting that it was not very sweet, added a few tablespoons of sugar. Tasted Great! I think it would have been to thick with the amount of chocolate specified. Thank you for the wonderful method and recipe!

have never cooked anything with star anise....the flavor was mild and just delicious. no leftovers....always a good sign! will make this again and again! just heavenly!

This recipe came out alot sweeter than I thought, but once I added more milk it tasted alot better.
