Quick and easy. I had some boneless chicken breasts and I wanted a quick and easy recipe and this was it. My husband also found it to be quite tasty and he is hard to please! I improvised quite a bit. I used ingrediants I had on hand. I used ham instead of proscuitto,I sauteed the chicken with the veges,I sauteed the red pepper,I used a jalapeno instead of a pasilla and sauteed it as well.

Very good. I used a dollop of red pepper spread at the end instead of the roasted red peppers. The spread coated the pasta nicely.

My 14yr old made this for dinner tonight for the family since I had to work late. It was fantastic!!!! We already had most of the stuff at home, it was easy for her to put together by herself. We will be making it again.
