Quick and easy. I had some boneless chicken breasts and I wanted a quick and easy recipe and this was it. My husband also found it to be quite tasty and he is hard to please! I improvised quite a bit. I used ingrediants I had on hand. I used ham instead of proscuitto,I sauteed the chicken with the veges,I sauteed the red pepper,I used a jalapeno instead of a pasilla and sauteed it as well.

Very good. I used a dollop of red pepper spread at the end instead of the roasted red peppers. The spread coated the pasta nicely.

My 14yr old made this for dinner tonight for the family since I had to work late. It was fantastic!!!! We already had most of the stuff at home, it was easy for her to put together by herself. We will be making it again.

It was good, my non-adventurous children ate it without complaint and declared it "good". I didn't think it had amazing flavor, but I will make it again and tweak it with other commentor's ideas, like adding white wine for flavor or more seasoning on the chicken. A keeper, will make it again.

I didn't have peppers or chicken so I used chopped olives and shrimp. It was still a delicious dish and a crowd pleaser. I will definitely make this dish again. P.S. I always use homemade pasta - check your grocery store on the bottom shelve instead of buying the name brand corporate stuff.

GREAT DISH!!!! I added about a half of a cup of white wine for the last 5 minutes of cooking to create a heftier sauce. Can't say enough great things. this dish is worthy of home made pasta, the store bought stuff almost cheapens it.

Oh my gosh - this is fantastic! I used the pre-chopped garlic which is a huge time saver, a can of Muir Glen roasted tomatoes and Trader Joes sells some pre-grilled chicken strips in their frozen section. Using those shortcuts, this has amazing flavor for such little time.

When my husband is looking to make a quick, satisfying dinner when it's his night to cook, this is the one he turns to! He is always so proud of the way it turns out and even prouder of the way every one raves about it. This one won't let you down!
