- 15 -20 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat. Add garlic slices and saute until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Drain garlic on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
