Ingredients
- 2 pounds green beans, stems removed
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper
Directions
In a casserole dish with a lid, add green beans, garlic, olive oil, water and salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat covered until beans are tender

Four servings? I cooked 6 oz of baby beans and had enough for five. Tyler should include approximate cooking times, it took much longer than I expected. I would not use this recipe again.
