    These were delicious and really easy to make! I just served them with steak, salad, and bread...what a great meal! The herbed sour cream is a great idea! I will make these again and again!

    I love garlic, and this twist to new potatoes was great. I added even more garlic, using the little pieces I had at the end to mix with the olive oil/butter mix. Yummy!
