The potatos were good. Might keep them in a little longer next time. I loved the herbed sour cream. I can see using that on other foods. Good job Sunny!

I have made these potatoes several times now and they are just great! I am a person who has to "vary" or play around with a recipe to make it my own, but that is not the case with this recipe. If you are reading this and considering trying it for the first time, it really is worth it. It is a very nice and creative way to jazz up and do something different with a tater! Happy Eating!

This was AWESOME to make!!! Very easy and GREAT for having people over. Especially like a tailgating party that we did watching football. The men loved them, and they were easy to do. Thankfully I had gotten a 2lb bag of small red potatoes. They were all gone by the end of the first half. I will for sure do this recipe again.

Such a beautiful way to present them and the taste was fantastic! I loved the sour cream sauce and although I was out of garlic powder, omitted the salt and added garlic salt instead and it was perfect. I will be making these and many combination's of them for many years to come! What a wonderful addition to the Food Network, my new MUST SEE TV SHOW!!

They definitely have the WOW factor. A BIT too garlicy for me... but they were fun to make and look really beautiful. I will make them again for sure.

So easy to prepare and the payoff it outstanding ! I used the wooden spoon for slicing and it makes it so easy to do without cutting through the potato.
After reading some reviews, I did put in some sliced green onion in the Herbed Sour Cream. My husband and son loved them. My son who is not big on sour cream loved it on the potatoes. I will be using this recipe often. Just make sure if you are fixing it for friends that they like garlic! My family and friends all love garlic so works great for us.
    Thanks Sunny!

I love a recipe that looks elegant, but is so simple to make. This recipe is perfect to go with any meat dish. Everyone that I make these potatoes for ask for the recipe.
