    These potatoes turned out so deliciously that I wished I had doubled the recipe. My family and guests absolutely loved them. I also added chives to the sour cream instead of the garlic. Thanks, Sunny!

    I had a bit of a hard time getting the garlic to go in between the slices but other than that, this was a really easy recipe. I used parsley in my sourcream and it came out tasting great. Loved it!

    These potatoes were awesome. I made this recipe for a dinner party I had with 7 guests, so doubled the recipe in order to have enough. Guess I should have quadrupled it as my friends would have eaten seconds and even thirds. Had to give out the recipe to most of them.... I WILL be making these again and again and again.

    I have been making red potatoes for quite a few years now, and saw this recipe and thought I'd give it a try. These are the best red potatoes I've ever had. I added a little fresh basil to the sour cream, also. These are wonderful.
