Don't post if you haven't tried it. omg. I have tried it and it's very good. Keep it in the fridge and it should last a long time; but stop worrying about that and just use it. I put a few tablespoon over ravolis and it was great; especially with a mound of fresh parmesan cheese on top. Great flavor.

As it has garlic in it, you should refrigerate this oil. It should be good for about two months. Hope that helps! :

How long does this oil last? I have not tried this, but I am assuming that I will love it so I gave it 5 stars.
