Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped half-sour pickles
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely minced fresh tarragon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Combine the sour cream, pickles, horseradish and tarragon in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
