    I wanted to do something different with asparagus, and something that didn't take too much time to put together. I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. My daughther who loves cheese but not asparagus loved it this concoction.
    We stuck with the exact recipe, but will try the Herb cheese ( as another reader recommended when we eat this again.

    This dish took me a little more time than I thought it would, but I add t. herb cream cheese to the prosciutto. Spreading it on befor I added the asparagus then rolled. It was amazing.

    I made this as a side dish/appetizer and even my daughter in law, (who doesn't like asparagus at all!, loved it! We all did. The only thing I did additionally was to place thin slices of smoked mozzarella on top of the bundle before drizzling the wonderful balsamic glaze over everything. It was a big hit and I'll definitely be making this one again.
