George struck out with this one. His quiche "base" should be able to make any two ingredients into a quiche, according to the show. I tried it with only one, fresh crab, and followed his recipe and cooking instructions, and it turned out to be a gloppy, nasty mess. That and I ruined 8 fresh blue crabs that I could've made a killer omlette with. In my opinion, stear clear of this quiche recipe.
