    Very quick and easy to make. I don't drink coffee so I used 2 tbs of Ghirardelli's Double Chocolate flavored hot chocolate powder.

    these actually got better in my opinion as they "aged." I went for the 2 instant coffees scoops and it was a little strong at first (im not a BIG coffee guy. but i think when i make them again im gonna throw some caramel in withe the melted marshmallows... little bit more dimension!

    I made these for my son and his friends (18-22yrs old who are coffee fanatics. They went wild over them! I made the coffee ones with Nescafe brand instant coffee. Really good! I used the 3T; I think the 2T would be too weak. Now they want me to try making them with espresso, so I've placed an ordered for espresso powder!
