I was surprised by how tasty this simple tuna salad was. Num! I will definitely be making this again! Based on reviews, I added Mayo and Lemon Juice just to taste, instead of the amounts listed in the recipe. Didn't have canned artichoke hearts so I used marinated artichokes from a jar. They tasted great - even against the cilantro!

Interesting flavors, but the lemon juice makes the salad a bit too liquidy and sour! If I make it again I will only use about half a lemon and also less mayo, like everyone else has said.

I really liked this. I have a new take on tuna fish and not the same all boring tuna mix. I did take a few tips and only added about 3/4 of mayo. I don't like my tuna soggy anyway. I added more green onion because I like onion. I also added some extra spices (garlic powder and a little seasoning salt. I had to add my boiled eggs at the end of course. I will be making this again and I might add some relish and less lemon juice but overall, very tasty!

YUMMY! Especially w/freshly baked Cuban Bread. Suggest use of Mayo much/much less.

This is really easy and gives a nice twist on tuna salad. I recommend going light on the hot sauce because I think that vinegar brings out fishiness of tuna. The artichoke makes this worth it. Oh, almost forgot, I used less than 1/2 cup of mayo and it was plenty moist. Can't even imagine it with a full cup.

I loved, loved this tuna salad, it was tasty, and easy but with lots of "gusto" I love artichoke hearts, so this recipe is perfect!

This was SUPER easy and SUPER delicious. I bought some french baguette and mixed greens and put some of the tuna on the baguette with some jack cheese, melted it and topped with greens and made the perfect lunch!! I was hesitant about the cilantro but actually it's yummy. The lemon is perfect, i also reduced the mayo (only put about a 1/4-1/2 cup and used artichokes that were marinating in oil. YUMMY- you must try!

I wanted to add some sass to my plain tuna sandwiches and I'm glad I found this recipe. I added the artichoke hearts which I always have in the pantry, cilantro, onion, celery, mayo, lime juice and some jalapeno juice and I decided to make them patty melt style with cheese and they came out delish! I heated the panini maker added a bit of butter on the outside of the sandwich bread and provolone cheese with the tuna in the middle and wallah. No more boring tuna sandwiches ever again.

Good one here. Didn't have mayo, so used miracle whip. Also did not use cilantro. Very good dish.
