I wasn't sure about the rosemary so I left the rosemary in the cream for just a few minutes (I would taste it until I found that it was ok then removed the rosemary, but I wish I left it just a little longer. Anyway I did this with red potatoes and use a hand mixer to fluff them out and I had to toss it away (it became gooey then I did it with russet potatoes and the amount of starch on those are way less, plus I used a hand smacher. It was really good everybody was asking for more but it was gone, the only dish completely gone at the TG day dinner. I had like 9 different plates to choose from, all really good but this one was a favorite.

I didn't have a ricer and they were still incredible.

This dish was a great addition to the Thanksgiving table. I downsized the recipe and did not have a ricer, however, the outcome was GREAT. Very easy, no more blah potatoes for my family!

I am not a garlic fan, but this recipe isw amesome. The rosemary complimented the garlic and potatos greatly.

These spuds were absolutely delicious & very easy to make. Used whole milk instead of cream. The garlic and rosemary blend beautifully together, and neither one is overpowering. This recipe is a keeper!

These were very tasty. I don't have a ricer, so I used a hand mixer and they came out great. I really like the flavor of the rosemary and roasted garlic. Very nice.
