I really loved this! However, mine didn't turn out nearly as nice looking as they did on the show! It was pretty messy to make, but the outcome was delicious!

These chicken fingers were REALLY good and easy. I used the broiler for the last minute to get extra crunch...also made a dipping sause with mayo curry and honey...excellent!

This recipe was really good. The chicken was very tender and tasty. Instead of using panko bread crumbs I used regular bread crumbs because I did not have time to buy any. Also for the marinade I did not use curry paste but instead used dried curry and added cayenne pepper. I served the chicken fingers with a honey mustard sauce that I found in one of Emeril's shows. THey are really good and will make them again. My boyfriend loved them.

i had to cook longer as the panko was not crisping up. i would suggest blasting it at a higher temp for a shorter period for juicier chicken.

Made this on a whim-looking for easy chicken recipes & it turned out very tasty. I didn't have the specified Japenese bread crumbs so I just used normal seasoned bread crumbs. I also used curry powder rather than curry paste. Next time I'll use more curry!

Tried out the recipe with some changes to the marinade. Baking them made them nice and light, but I admit I got tastier results from deep frying them (yea, defeats the whole purpose, but it was still good! Served them on a bed of sweet potato fries (double fried of course, with some of the aoili I seperated earlier for dipping. Tasty!

The panko bread crumbs add a delightful crunch. I'm not a curry fan so I substituted honey mustard dressing for the curry paste. They came out great, and my husband just loves them.

These were soooo easy and delicious! The only regret I have is reserving some of the marinade before it touches the chicken for a dipping sauce.

I am always looking for recipes that are not only good when they come fresh out of the oven, but are also just as good the next day. The day after I made this recipe I put the chicken back into the oven and into a wrap, it was almost better the second time. Definitely a keeper!
