I forgot to add that I make these all of the time and they are so easy! I keep all of the ingredients in my pantry. This recipe can't be easier. Please try it and you won't be disappointed!

I made these cookies for my dogs. I read the review that corn is bad for dogs. It was corn meal not gluten which was one of the ingredients found in the recalled dog foods. I make cookies for my dogs alot and most of them have some corn meal in them. My dogs loved them. Infact I made three batches and froze them. I didn't roll out the dough. I formed a log and after refridgerating it the required 30 min I sliced them and baked them. I was able to get atleast 30 cookies out of the roll this way. Depends on how large you cut them of course!
My dogs are older and have stomach issues so I make whatever I can for them this wayI know whats in them.

Google "is corn good for dogs" and you will see that corn is not digestible for dogs. It leads to obesity and a spike in glucose levels. Sub anything but don't use the corn in this!!!

Really tasty, Fido loved it. I found the carob chips at Whole Foods. For the owners it tasted better while still warm!
