The show that this recipe came from was a hoot so I gave it a whirl; it came out really good. My partner brought leftovers into work and everyone wanted to try it...even the people who weren't fans of curry. As a rule, I do not consider the microwave a cooking tool; this is definitely an exception with surprisingly good results.

It smelled delicious but the taste did not measure up. I may try to use less coconut milk or more curry paste next time. Otherwise it was very good. The chicken was cooked well and was tender and moist.

This dish is really very good and easy! The leftovers were even better after the flavor had intensified even more!

I'd never had anything with curry before I made this last night. It tasted wonderful, and it didn't heat my kitchen!

Magnificent! I used Thai red curry paste (because that's what I had on hand and added a shot of fish sauce. Served it over jasmine rice... it was perfect! We fought over the leftovers. I'll definately make this again!

I made this recipe, with a couple of revisions. I added mushrooms and a little diced, cooked potato to the soup. It was one of the best soups I've ever tasted. The cilantro and basil made the recipe in my opinion and it was so simple to make. Good job George.

I am not a cook, but the demonstration on TV looked so easy that I tried it and it was great! I added a can of bamboo shoots for texture.

Thanks for a great, delicious and easy recipe. The best thing is all this can be done in a microwave within minutes.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about cooking chicken in the microwave. Much to my surprise, this dish was absolutely wonderful-not to mention easy to prepare!

I didn't have to spend a lot of time on it and now my family has a different taste on an old ingrediant.
