Now i rated this recipe 5 stars because the filling is just mouth watering but the dough was not so easy for me to make. If anyone is looking for a rice dish or something to go with nachos this is a great choice. I used this for my high school spanish class and i must say...
EVERYONE LOVED IT!!!

I learned to make these when I was a kid. One of the tricks to handling the dough was to use plastic wrap underneath & on top to keep it sticking to rolling pin, place the filling, and then lift the top half over (using the plastic wrap as a "lift", and then using a plastic cereal bowl or something about 5 to 6 inches in diameter as a cutter/sealer. Fry them as you compose them, they do keep warm int he oven for a while.
The cheese ones are faboloso!

I recently seen this on tv and decieded to try it, got the reciepe and went for it. It looked very easy on tv. It was not. They did taste very well but they were really hard to make and did not stay together.
