These cookies were super easy to make.
The pumpkin puts so much moister in the cookies. I brought them to work and everyone loved them even the ones that thought it made for a strange combination.

I make these year round because they are so good and people request them so much. Very, very tasty!

Wow, I've never tried pumpkin and chocolate together, but it's a wonderful pairing. These cookies are great!

I read all the other reviews, and since I like my cookies crispy, I used instead of the all-purpose flour, the self-rising flower, and didn't add the baking soda and salt... they came out crispy on the edges and soft on the inside, it also helps to make them small... I used white chocolate... yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :

These were soooo yummy! I replaced the white sugar with Splenda, and used semisweet chips. It was sooo good, and tasted great! I will make over and over!

    pretty easy recipe

    good for a large group

    cookies stay very moist

quick tip: substitute pumpkin pie spice for individual seasonings; faster, easier, & still tastes great

So easy and they turned out perfect! I used the entire can of pumpkin because I like a stronger flavor and they were a huge hit at the party I served them at.

I was surprised that the cookies were cake-like. I was looking for chewy and crunchy. Smaller drops of the batter for cookies helped make the cookies less cake-like. My children liked them!
