I made these cookies for a group of friends and they loved them! I used a whole can of pumpkin and dark chocolate chips. So good!

I have been making these cookies for the past couple of years and everyone loves them. I don't use the chocolate chips, instead I use cinnamon chips (melt just like chocolate. I am adding pumpkin spice almonds this year!

I made these cookies for a work party and they were a hit. I used Ghiradelli milk chocolate chips and even added more chocolate chips to the recipe (about 1/4 of a bag extra.

These were so easy to make and they turned out delicious! I increased the cinnamon by 1/2 teas, but otherwise followed the recipe. Perfect use of a little leftover pumpkin from pancakes.

I have made these cookies several times. I have used semi-sweet chips and one batch I used some toasted pecans. This is a very good cookie I have been told by many eaters. Cookie is
very cake-like but moist. Thanks George.

These are perfect! The balance between all the flavours is right on, and the moisture is just great. Yummmmmm!!!!!

These cookies are very good. Not too sweet and not too pumpkin
pie-y. I like the fluffy, cake-like texture. Next time I will use more chocolate chips, just because.

While these cookies were easy to make and turned out fine, I found them to be rather tasteless, even when adding in the whole can of pumpkin. If it weren't for the chocolate chips, I'm not sure my crew would have eaten them. They were a bit too "cakey" and fluffy for us, I think. We like our cookies more dense. They did all get eaten, though!

I loved this recipe! I followed everyones suggestions. I added about a cup more of the flour. I also added a half a cup more light brown sugar and a teaspoon of apple butter. They came out kind of like really moist muffin tops so I made cream cheese frosting, 1 block cream cheese 8oz. 1 1/2 cups confections sugar and half a stick of butter. I then made pumpkin cookie sandwiches! They were a total hit. I wrapped them im napkins and passed them out to my friends as a happy first day of November gift =

I used these to make cookie sandwiches with chocolate buttercream frosting for my daughter's Halloween party at school. They were so delicious I had to make a second batch for my family! This is sure to be a family favorite from now on!
