These are some of the best cookies I have ever tasted! They have quickly become my signature cookie and I make them for all family gatherings. If I changed anything about the recipe I would add more chocolate chips, but that is all!

They were good, but I didn't love them. They were too much like all other cookies. My expectation was more in the range of soft cake-cookie like. Since that has been my experience in the past. And the ginger was outshone all the other flavors.

These were delicious! They were perfect for people who want a pumpkin pie but hate to make pie crust. They are moist and delicious and I would make them again! I added some chopped walnuts for extra cookie goodness.

These cookies were unbelievable. I took the suggestion of others and added about 1/4 more of the pumpkin puree and added additional spice. These came out perfect! I would probably go against others and say these were not cake-like, mine came out really light. Make sure to definitely do 'heaping spoonfuls' on the cookie sheets, these cookies don't flatten out in the oven. Gave about half of the batch away and everyone loved them.

This is our favorite cookies and we make it all the time! I haven't met anyone who doesn't like this cookies! Oh so moist and fluffy. I put a little more pumpkin than what recipe calls for and take it easy on sugar as well. It taste even better a couple of days after in the zip lock bag! I am not a baker...but this is easy enough!
