It was really easy to make and chicken was very tender. I cooked it in the oven at 400 for 1 hour and 15 min like the other reviewer suggested. All of my picky eaters loved it!

This chicken was scrumpscious! I roasted the chicken in the oven, and added a halved lemon and fresh thyme inside the cavity (along with the beer can...the chicken was sooo tasty and flavorful and incredibly moist. Very easy to make too. Hands down the best tasting chicken I have ever made.

It was juicy, and spice rub was a good mix of flavors, making the outside crisp. Baked in oven: needs to be 400F for 1 hour 15 min.
