This recipe is easy and straight forward. It is a great way to experience the buffalo wing flavor but substituting the much healthier chicken breast and not hassling with a deep fryer. Tastes great!!!

I like a spicier dish, so add more hot sauce, and scale back on the butter. Perhaps, douse the breasts with flour before throwing them in the pan...
