Absolutely loved this recipe. I like my buffalo chicken spicy, so I added a lot more hot sauce and filled the chicken with as much blue cheese as possible. Definitely a staple from now on.

This is a wonderful recipe!! My boyfriend can't stand blue cheese but he loved it with the hot sauce. Once the cheese mixes in with the sauce it takes a lot of the heat away so we used less butter and more hot sauce to get a more spicy effect. BTW Frank's Hot Sauce must be used! It's so good. If you have any leftovers be sure to put more sauce over the chicken when you refrigerate. It will keep the chicken moist. The leftovers were just as good the next day as the dinner the night before. We've made this dish twice in two weeks and we are planning on making it again this weekend.

I made this as a healthier version of chicken wings for a Sunday football game and followed the recipe to a "T". Not only did the men in my house love it(as did I, they asked me how I came up with such a great idea. We had a lot of extra bleu cheese to use up...kind of went overboard shopping on Arthur Avenue.
I served it with celery and carrots and extra bleu cheese on the side...no one used the extra bleu cheese. Yummy!! I'm making this again tonight!

Oh my gosh this was amazing! My husband had a "foodgasm", yes that is what he called it. Although I agree the sauce was goofy, but it sure tasted good!

My husband does not like chicken breast but gave this recipe rave reviews. He says it is 'the bomb'. If you get a good review from him with chicken you have a good recipe. I know this is high on his request list and I'll be making it often. I made it just as the recipe directed. Thank you for a great recipe!

I loved this recipe but I did change a few things. I mixed the blue cheese with some butter and ranch dressing (sorry, didn't measure so just eyeball it, flattened the chicken breast and added the butter & cheese combination to the edge and rolled it closed. I secured it with toothpicks, rolled it in a beaten egg, and then bread crumbs. I finished the recipe as usual but used half the butter for the sauce mixture. Delicious! I will definitely make this again...

We absolutely loved this dish! I substituted muenster cheese and ranch instead of blue cheese, and I used Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce. Wonderful! The ranch dressing also made it a little easier to get the cheese inside the chicken.

My husband and I enjoyed making and eating this dish. You can take a popular bar favorite and dress it up for a fun and casual dinner at home. Used a bottle of Frank's Buffalo Sauce to make this dish even easier. We'll be making this again for sure.

This was an excellent recipe, easy to make and most ingredients on hand in my own kitchen. We did not have an oven safe pan, so we had to improvise and sear the chicken first in a frying pan, then transfer to a baking pan. Im not sure if this had anything to do with the fact that we didn't taste the sauce all that much. If so, then we will be buying an oven safe pan for the next time we make the dish. The cheese melted beautifully into the chicken giving it a decadent taste, that even my children enjoyed!! I highly recommend this recipe for anyone that is tired of the same old chicken recipes.
