I have a chocolate company so I am always looking for new recipes to play with and this one's GREAT! I'm not a HAZELNUT fan but really you could do this with any nut! PEANUTS would be the biggest universal crowd pleaser... who doesn't love chocolate & peanut? PISTACHIO or CASHEW would be my first choice for something a little different and delicious!

I did have a problem getting my ground nut mixture the right consistency. That was okay, after adding another TBL spoon of oil to the ground nuts it worked. This was really good candy. I also did a twist on the recipe. I added two whole pecans on the top of each piece of candy. I just cant't stop eating them. I wondered where the name came from at first, now I know. They are "THE BOMB"!! Johnny Smith
