Well I just finished preparing them. Still waiting to taste them but so far I feel sad about them because they were falling apart. But I defitinely want to try again in smaller portions, My advise to you is make them about a quarter size or a little bigger for best results.

I found this recipe to be superb in terms of juicienes. I substitued some of the meat and added 12 oz of Italian sausage out of the case, I also substituded scalions for the onion 5 scallions, I added 1/4 cup of Italian shredded cheese. I baked it in the oven (convection at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. The oven step made it less fattening, the sausage was added because my meat was short 12 oz. The italian cheese I added for flavor (Sargento

Very nice, definately moist and juicy like the recipe says. I recommend this recipe to everyone, - it's definately my Number 1 meatball recipe! I serve it on rice with a sweet & sour sauce... delishimo.

I used italian sausage instead of ground pork, (because I apparently can't read, and bought the sausage thinking that is what the recipe called for. They are delicious. Added a little basil along with the parsley. The aroma took over the house. I saw that another poster carmelized the onions prior and I did that as well. House smells like an italian restaurant! Neighbors might be knocking down the door soon!

I just finished making this recipe. I normally bake my meatballs but after trying this recipe it is a keeper and will replace my old one. Simple directions with great results. We loved them!

These were fantastic! They really are juicy and very flavorful. I , like another poster, also carmalized my onions. I deep fried half of them and pan fried half - the pan fried was definitely better. Next time I will try baking.

i made these for dinner tonight and they were a great hit. The only thing that I modified was that I flattened out the meatballs so that they could cook faster in the center. I served them over egg noodles, brown gravy, and peas.
great meal
