I loved this dessert so much, but I really deviated from the recipe so this review may or may not help. I don't have an espresso machine so I used 2 small cans of starbucks double shots and added a bit of kahlua to it. I was too chicken to use yellow food coloring and I don't like vanilla wafers so I used the traditional cocoa powder dusting on the top. It was soooooo good. I will never use lady fingers again!

Made a mistake and put two cups of coffee instead of one but still turned out extrodinarily delicious.Great for get togethers.

This was a very easy dish to make. I brought it to a cookout for a dessert. It sounded great, but wasn't as tasty as I imagined. I would say it is tasty enough for how easy it is, but not as tasty as a homemade tiramisu.

Go light on the espresso or the twinkies will totally disolve. Also dont over beat the cheese mixture or it will stiffen up too much and rip up the twinkies as you spread it.
