This is the BEST hummus ever! I will never use garbanzo beans again. The texture is creamier and I can taste the tahini even more since the white beans have more of a neutral flavor

I tried a variation of this, as I didn't have a 24 ounce can of white beans, I had two 15 ounce cans--so I used 30 ounces of white beans and initially used the exact measurements with everything else. I prefer my hummus more lemony though, so I added a second lemon. I like this recipe, but I think next time I will go with even more lemon and a little less tahini. I do think this is a great base to experiment with your own flavors, as another reviewer said. I separated half and added some fresh basil, fresh parsley, fresh chives and more black pepper than I put in the other (heaviest on the basil. I think that tastes great too!

Wow, this is yummy!!! I have tried to make homemade hummus for years with garbanzo beans and it always comes out with a grainy texture!!! The cannelini beans made a smooth hummus. I followed the recipe exactly and topped with extra olive oil and paprika!!! This is a keeper...

Just made this on the 1st night of the girls' STAYCATION. Bland. We added fresh parsley, cayenne, salt, more tahini, more cumin, more olive oil and more garlic. Now that we've fixed it, it's delicious, but the original recipe could not be more boring.

This came together so quickly! I used 1/2 of the garlic suggested. It had great flavor right away and was even better after it had some time to "blend flavors". I will definitley make this again!

Extremely easy recipe. If you use a blender make sure you put the beans in slowly.

The white bean hummus that George Duran made on his show H.O.T.S. was amazing. I am going to use this in all the parties i ever have. This was amazing.
