This was a hit in my home on Thanksgiving day. I used hot italian sausage and publix corn muffins. Of course the stuffing was a bit dry, but since we ate it hours after it was cooked, that could have been why. I used about 4x more chicken stock than was recommended for the recipe. EXCELLENT RECIPE!

It was good, but a little sweet for my taste.

As per some of the other reviews, your results will be based in large part on the corn muffins that you start with. Mine were dry so, despite adding more chicken stock to compensate, the stuffing was dry. Next time, I'll pay more attention to the corn muffins. Nice flavor otherwise.

I made this for my mom's b-day dinner with a spiral ham and it was great! Everyone raved about it and it's great as leftovers. I used sweet turkey sausage instead and it was delicious!

I agree, the type of cornbread you use makes all the difference. The first time I used Bristol Farms and it was sweet and very moist. The second time I used Trader Joes and it was very dry so the stuffing ended up being dry as a result. Next time I will use Bristol's version because it made for the best stuffing I've ever had!
