this was the first time i really had salted buted mess up a recipe- i made it WAY too salty and overcooked the squash the first time. but, the second time i got it right and it was delicious.

I was just at a reading festival in Sarasota FL., and George was there preparing this recipe. Instead of the butter he suggested we use Smart Balance, and it tasted very good. I have not done it with the butter yet, so we shall see.

i am not on a low carb diet, but the recipe looked good. i felt like the recipe had quite a bit of butter, but i guess that's what makes it so tasty. it was an interesting mix of flavors, shrimp, asiago, butter, avocado. good, but i don't think i'd make it again.

I'm not real concerned about low carb, but a friend of mine, who is, made this for us for dinner. I love garlic so this was excellent!! I love the spaghetti squash!

After raving about it to her, I got online and found the recipe and made it myself. Very easy to do. The hardest thing about the squash is cutting it open. How do you do that easily?

Top ratings from my husband too, who supposedly hates squash. (I didn't tell him what it was until he tried it because I knew he'd like it.

    5 stars from me!!

Absolutely the best shrimp scampi I've ever had - this recipe makes me believe that I can actually lose weight and be happy. Also, if shrimp is too expensive, this works well with chicken.
