Left out the avocado (personal preference. Used salted butter and eliminated the kosher salt. Very tasty with spaghetti squash. Used the extra sauce on the leftover squash - yum! Seemed like a decadent treat, hard to believe we're eating healthy!

Loved the flavor but thought it was too salty, so next time I'll adjust. The recipe was a hit with my son-in-law, and he's not much of a seafood eater.

I made this recipe for my boyfriend's birthay and we loved it. It was so easy, you can eye- ball everything. I left out the avacado (slimy green things aren't appetizing to me! and served it over pasta and it was great. Next time, I will use less cheese and garlic- it was a bit much.

My boyfriend is allergic to seafood and I really wanted to try this dish. So we made a variation of this with just the squash and the butter sauce. We also teamed up the dish with a bit of roasted red peppers (my boyfriend's grandmother's recipe. OMG! I felt like I was cheating also. This was so gooooooooooooood. We'll be making another dish with the spaghetti squash using a squash sauce my boyfriend makes. I look forward to it.

We saw the show and decided to make this recipe tonight. It was substantial for low-carb. Any pasta lover would not miss the pasta. We served it with sauteed spinach. This dish was so flavorful and satisfying. It was good. Real good. You don't have to be a scampi lover to like this dish!
