Excellent! This is a great appetizer for all those NCAA parties. I've prepared this many times now and get rave reviews from friends. What I like best is there is no breading involved, unlike other Buffalo recipes.

These were so good. I did not have bacon in the fridge, so I used some parma ham instead. It was lovely to the last bite!

Made these as an appetizer for a dinner party the other night and they flew off the table. Hot and spicy and very tasty! Easy to make. Had to use 1/2 strip of bacon instead of 1/3 to get around the jumbo shrimp. Everyone loved them!!

I made this for my husband Super Bowl Sunday and he loved them! Plus, we were able to stick to our "diet" while indulging!
