This recipe is very good. I used regular black beans instead of the soy beans. It was a little salty, though.

The blackening spice was wonderful and I use it on chicken as well.
I make this quite often now.

I made this with regular black beans, and I added a little garlic and salt to the spinach and bean sautee... delightful and easy!

The recipe was extremely easy to prepare and had an excellent flavor. However, the seasoning was almost too salty to eat. I cut the amount of salt in half and still had a hard time finishing the dish because of the saltiness.

This dinner truly does take less than 15 minutes! The seasoning makes for an absolutely delish meal! And the fact that it all cooks one pan makes for easy clean-up. What could be better?!

after reading previous reviews i cut way back on the salt for the spice rub and it turned out so great. it was definitely the best salmon i've ever made at home. i doubled the spice mixture and now use it on chicken all the time to top salads. sooooo good!

This recipe was a great weeknight meal. I used a canned blackening seasoning that I had on hand, to make it even quicker. Everything cooked nicely in my electric skillet, making clean-up a snap! Will definitely make this again!

I made for my carb loathing parents, and it was just missing something. This is one of the first recipes that didn't work from this site??

Especially good served with a Caribbean rice as a side dish.
I used regular black beans. A quick easy meal!
