Yummy! I parboiled the cauliflower about 3 1/2 minutes to retain more crunch.

This is a pretty good recipe. I read some reviews first and decided to tweak the recipe a little bit to make it a little lighter. I substituted fat free half & half for the heavy cream, used neufchatel cream cheese, added fresh garlic instead of garlic powder, and added some chicken thighs (cooked small pieces in a frying pan with salt and pepper to make it more of a main course. The overall prepared dish was the perfect amount for my family of 3. Everyone enjoyed the dish - will definitely be making again!

This is pretty awesome. I added potatoes, more cheese, and fresh garlic. The sauce is just great but I wish it wasn't so fatty.

Thanks to the reviews, I added more garlic and pepper, was out of cream cheese so I used sour cream instead which gave it an added kick.... added a dash of nutmeg, one egg and a splash of half 'n half in addition to the cream, added at least 2-3cups of cheese.....next time will add some caramelized onion and bread crumbs...VERY tasty!!

Having just gone back on a low-carb diet I decided to try this recipe. I was suprised at how much I actually enjoyed it! I have never been a fan of cauliflower, but it sure is good in this dish. I did add some caramelized onion to it just for more flavor. It's actually better the next day when the flavors are more melded together. I'm glad the rest of my family wouldn't eat it... the leftovers are terrific. Next time I think I'll add a small clove of minced garlic sauteed with the onions rather than garlic powder. Try this recipe, I think you'll enjoy it.

This recipe is amazing. I just made this tonight and wow I am impressed. used colby jack cheese and regular 2 % milk instead of the heavy cream which makes it even lighter. I would recommend this recipe to friends and family and I certainly will be making this again. :

This was very good!! Kids and hubby both went back for seconds. Like others I made a few tweaks. I substituted nuefchatel for cream cheese and I added diced and sautee'd polska kielbasa and onions as well as about 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapenos. I also added a little sprinkle of panko crumbs to to the top before baking. Definitely a "make again and again" dish. I've also made this with a few additions left over from dinner the night before like carne asada meat and home made pico de gallo. When the teenagers ask for it, you know it's a keeper.
