    Simple dish to prepare. I prefer my veggies with a crunch so I steamed vs boiled the cauliflower. Cheese sauce was good w/ the mustard, did not get watery at all.

    I love Atkins because you can eat dishes like these and be perfectly happy while the kids are eating that fattening macaroni & cheese. This was just as good as any cheese sauce I've made; easy, too!

    This is super yummy and very simple. I made this dish for Thanksgiving and everyone went back for seconds. The sauce is also good on macaroni.

    This is a really nice way to get your family to eat .....oh my gosh....cauliflower! It really takes so little time to prepare and you will be so surprised at how the dish tastes...enjoy

    When I put this dish on the table and announced that it contained cauliflower, my son immediately said, "I hate cauliflower!" After some persuasion, he agreed to taste it. Two platefuls later, he was ready to admit it was great. This ia a rich, creamy dish and a perfect accompaniment for grilled salmon.

    Maybe not really like Mac & Cheese, but it is AMAZING. I do not measure the cheese -- just make a sauce to what I prefer for thickness. Of course top it with a load of cheese, and it's perfect.
