It's just great! What an unbelievable treat...as a die hard lover of Mac & Cheese... I never thought there would be a low-carb dish that could come close. My husband and I love it!

We loved this. You get the taste of Mac n cheese without the pasta. It's a great way to get kids to eat veggies.

    Thanks George

My husband and I really loved this dish! It is a great alternative to the usual steamed cauliflower. In fact I am making it again tonight using frozen cauliflower. It really is a quick dish to put together. Love your recipes George!!

This dish was really delicious. I did substitute light cream for the heavy cream and used reduced fat cheese to lower the fat and calories, and it still tasted great! I will definitely make this dish again.

I used fat free condensed milk instead of the heavy cream and everyone loved it. Great even for people who didn't like cauliflower.

Leftovers looked a little scary, but tasted great.

this dish is simple to make and goes well with most meats(or even on its own. The dijon mustard and sharp cheddar give a slight bite to this dish. We thoughly enjoyed it and my kids prefer it over traditional mac and cheese. that is the highest praise that it could be given.
