I enjoyed both of these. I did find the "Gold Fish" rahter salty and they didn't stay crisp the next day, but all in all they were yummy and I did eat them all and plan to make them again, maybe cut back on the salt. The cheese crisps were fantastic!! I also made the peperoni, and it is very good too. I agree with the other reviews, the microwave is the way to go with them.

The first batch of "Goldfish" were very salty. Deleted the salt, and they were great! Even the bathces I thought were burnt, actually just had more of a smokey taste.

Good low-carb snacks are hard to find. Thank you!

I had to try this recipe 3 times. Finally I decided, 6 slices of cheeses for those ingredients (otherwise, WAY too salty, and I baked at 300 for 7 minutes. Otherwise mine burned completely. I'm in Denver, maybe the altitude?
    Anyway, after adjustments, they're delicious!

These are easy to make and yummy. My husband and I are really enjoying the different variations I have been playing with...such as increasing the chili powder or adding crushed basil. Recipes like this make it easier to stay on the low-carb path.

I was craving potato chips so I made some of these up. They were unbelievably easy. Instead of parchment paper I just baked them on my silpat. Very tasty dipped in bleu cheese or ranch dressing!

These crackers are a really good afterschool snack for the kids, or to put in your tomato soup
