I made both kinds and they were delicious! The crunch was better than any potato chip! Did have spreading on the "goldfish" but I think my oven is to blame. No matter, they were still excellent. I'll make them again....soon!!

These were good, but I wasnt TOO terribly impressed with them. The "Goldfish" were kinda tasty. I didnt want to mess around with tossing the cheese and seasoning together so I just sprinkled it on top after I had the cheese on the cookie sheet. I cooked mine for 5 minutes after reading the other reveiws and also because they were REALLY starting to get brown, but they weren't as crisp as I had hoped. Next time I'll cook them a touch longer. These would be a great addition to a kids lunch box, you can make alot relatively easily and kids like american cheese anyway!

I was not impressed with the cheese crisps. Mine didnt crisp all the way up and it wasnt like chips or crackers at all for me- just crispish cheese (eh!. I'd rather eat the uncrisped cheese.

This shouldnt stop you from trying them. STILL worth the effort and very very easy

It was amazing how the cheese just puffs up when you cook it. Just cook less than 7 minutes. I burned the first batch. Fantastic snack.

Once again, my fiance and I were looking for a healthy snack. We found these to be delicious! We tried making the cheese crisps with monterey jack and pepper jack cheese. We checked first to make sure the carbs were low. You do have to watch after about 4 - 5 minutes to save them from burning.

By the way, kids love these treats too! Do try it! It's worth it!

Excellent snack recipe! They were easy and fast. I used seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion salt as seasoning. I also just cut cheese slices into 3rds so they could be used as long "dipping strips" in salsa. Next time I'll try the cayenne in place of onion. Thank you George. This is a terrific treat. - - Very satisfying too!

Tried these out doubting that they REALLY tasted like goldfish, but they do. They make a great snack but disappear very quickly. Great using low fat cheddar cheese.

The mock gold fish crackers are awesome, the cayenne pepper adds just enough kick.
