Finally! Something to dip other than vegetables! These are fantastic! Thank you George!! Only problem with them is I can't make them fast enough. :o And I wish the regular chip eaters would leave "my" snack alone. :o

I don't know if these taste like goldfish but they're good and really satsify when I'm hungry for crackers. Easy to make. I used some of Emeril's seasoning instead of the chili powder and garlic powder so they're pretty spicy. Kind of hard to tell when they're done so watch them carefully.

The crisps were extremely easy to make and real enjoyable to eat. However, I tried using fat free American cheese and as they began to brown, the cheese oozed out of the middle. Did anyone else have this problem? Do you think it is because I used fat free cheese??

EASY TO MAKE AND DELICIOUS. I USED SLICED SWISS CHEESE (BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I HAD ON HAND. ONLY TOOK 5 MINUTES TO BAKE.

I nearly burnt mine at 7min so start checking at 6min. They really end up having a cracker flavor. They have solved our low carb dilemma of how to enjoy tuna salad without bread. I'm going experiment with different seasonings and different shapes. I'm also going to explore how well they hold up with various toppings. I'm thinking I may be able to use them to make fancy low-carb hors d'oeuvres.

Goldfish were easy and fast. Watch out! Mine only took 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Flavor and texture were great.

These are very good. Quick and easy. I will definately make them again. I may even play with the seasonings. Thanks

I haven't really jumped on the low carb diet train, but I'm paying attention.
