Due to the weather not cooperating for bbq, I pan seared the chicken breasts in some olive oil. I then turned off the heat, topped them with the cilantro butter and covered with a lid for about 1-2 minutes. The butter combined with the juices from the chicken and made a wonderful sauce to spoon over the brown basmati rice and fresh asparagus I was serving them with. I think the butter would also be delicious on a meaty fish such as grouper or tuna...

Amazing! So simple but so much flavor and perfectly balanced! I served corn on the side with this and the juices ran into it, next time I'll do that on purpose because it was sublime. Just perfect.

This is one of the best things I have ever made from the recipes at food network! The pic didn't look that appetizing, but don't let it fool you. This is delicious. I
Always looking for a way to make my chicken breast better withouth having to use the same old thing. This was perfect and super tasty, will definitely make weekly!

I was ready to skip this based on the photo. A quick glance at the ingredients made me realize how easy it was. The grilled chicken on its own was okay, the cilantro butter on its own was a bit bland but put them together and WOW! A little went a long way.

The Cilantro butter is amazing. SoOo goOod. My husband and I ended up pouring more of the cilantro butter on our chicken and rice, NOT that it needed it, but just because the flavor was SO GOOD! This recipe is a keeper! We love it at my house...

Even my picky 4 year old loved it!

Easy to make and an elegant touch to the everyday grilled chicken breast. I see addtional use for the compound butter to perk up other dishes.
