    This is great alone or over low carb vanilla ice cream or low carb cheese cake.

    I am not usually a fan of cranberry sauce, but since I actually decided to make this, I knew I would try it. Even my guests who are not fans of cranberry sauce, loved it. It was great, so much better than any cranberry sauce/relish I've ever tried. Kudos George!

    never tried cooking my own cranberries but this recipe was delicious.Never will use can again.Keep good in refigerator.Had to eat some everyday.My husband does not like cranberries but he ate some. Low Carb & loving it.Been on it two years now.Keep making more recipes.

    This Cranberry Relish was great with our turkey. We usually by the can but made yours because we are Low Carbing.

    The whole famiy loved this dish. I'd always made a cranberry gelatin mold before low carb but no one missed it. It had just the right amount of sweetness and tasted great on our Thanksgiving turkey. It was very simple to make and keeps well for making ahead of time. Thanks for another great recipe!

    This is a REAL cranberry sauce. You may need to warn your guests if they only know the scary jellied kind.
    Don't expect this to jel as many will do.
    The flavor is authentic, tangy, and bright.
    I skimped on the sweetener because I don't like them sweet tasting.
