Excellent! Use them for dipping instead of chips! Cooked them in a frying pan for a few minutes on each side to crisp them up. Luv em!

This was a great idea! I used pre-sliced turkey pepperoni for a low carb and low calorie treat. It is fantastic with dip.

The low carb life style is wonderful but lacks in "special munchies"...this is the BEST!!! I just read the recipe and had to try it...I'm soooo glad I did. Microwaving is the way to go...I too used a stack of paper plates and 5 layers of paper towels...after 30 seconds on high, I blotted...after another 15 I blotted again....worked great.

The microwave method of cooking these is absolutely the way to go! I sandwich 20 slices between (alot of paper towels and pop them in the microwave for 1:45...and presto! Perfectly crisped every time. I shared these with the girls at work and now we have a constant stash of pepperoni and paper towels! Quick and easy for those afternoon pick me ups.
