The best!!! However, 1 tsp. salt is TOO much - start with 1/2 tsp. and add more if you need it. I didn't have white wine vinegar so I used Rice Vinegar (Nakano brand. Worked perfectly. Great recipe!

The dressing is delicious! Since I don't like dressings very oily, I decreased the amount of oil to 1/3 cup. Other than that, I highly suggest it.

I make this dressing and keep it in the fridge all the time. You can add a squeeze of lime juice to it too.

I made this for dinner last night since it was so hot and muggy here. This was delicious! I added grilled chicken breast on top to make it a meal. I made everything exactly as the recipe called for and we loved it. The dressing was easy and delicious, there were no weird ingredients that I had to go on a wild goose chase for, and I had most of them in the house already. I will definitely make this again!

Oh my goodness!!! This recipe for the dressing (and salad was so delicious. My husband and I always drive into the city once a month to get this greek salad that I love. My husband was so impressed with how well it turned out. I definitely recommend it because not only was it so good...it was so simple!

I saw George make this on his show and have made it dozens of times since then. I usually go lighter on the feta cheese than the recipe calls for, but that is just preference. I take it to lots of gatherings and am always asked for the recipe, so much so that I bring printed copies with me to give when asked and have sent links to this site by e-mail. It is simple to make, including the dressing. The flavor is of this salad is fresh and delicious and the presentation is so inviting because of the contrast of colors and textures. Yummy and satisfying!! Thanks, George, for sharing Ernie's recipe.

I read a few reviews where people made the salad & then bought store Greek dressing.. ew!! This dressing is NOT hard to make at all. You are basically just putting everything into a blender. The blender does all the work! This salad is great but you have to make the dressing at least once.. IMO, it's what really makes this salad. My family loves it & I make it often. Sooo good!
