I lowered the amount of oil in this recipe to be the same as the vinegar. This made it more South Beach friendly. I did not miss the oil at all. It still had a great flavor. I will keep this on hand from now on.

My children, who are 15 and 13, made this whole recipe by themselves and it was delicious!

We (kids includedloved this greek dressing! It was easy and fast to make, not too much that it will go bad before you use it. Very versatile and forgiving, we didn't have canola oil and substituted additional olive oil, it was still great. Maybe next time we'll add some parm or romano cheese to the blender and see what happens. Found a grocery store with an olive bar that let me sample different kinds for the salad before I bought.
