    The most AMAZING chicken dish I've ever made. I did a whole chicken vs pieces. The spices are perfect, the meat is rediculously tender, the veggies are delicious! I added a lot of small red potatos (sliced. Made it perfect!!!!! I would recommend this recipe 100 times over! Enjoy!

    Wonderful seasoning. Tender chicken and vegetables. I'll prepare this again and again. I used bone-in chicken breasts and thighs so had more than 8 pieces of chicken and cooked it a bit longer. We loved it.

    This is some of the best chicken I have ever had. I'm not a big fan of poultry seasoning so I exchange it for Lawrey's Seasoning Salt. It's absolutely delicious!

    2 hours roasting time sounds way too long for chicken parts and vegetables, but this method produces delicious and moist results. The seasonings are just right for a rustic meal with a little Italian-country-style influence. Try it as written the first time before customizing it. Fabulous. My son loves dipping crusty Italian (or French bread into the pan juices.

    My family and I really enjoyed this recipe even though Zuccinni is not our favorite vegetable. The squash was delicious and I love the taste that the seasonings give.

    I liked this one because of the herbs and Italian flavor. This is not just a lemon-chicken. This is a fabulous feast, fit for a party!

    I was surprised at the length of time this chicken cooked, but it is fabulous. The vegetables have a great taste as well. Very simple and always a crowd pleaser.
